Here is the beautiful, well known self portrait by Beatle friend and collaborator Astrid Kirchherr from 1960. This was taken at the time she was having out with the beatles in Hamburg. This particular print measures 17 x 23.5 and is virtually perfect. She hand signed this print on the front in ink and the back in pencil. This particular print is a darkroom print made from the original negative sometime in the mid 1980s making this print 35+ years old. You won’t find a nicer, vintage example of this print anywhere. I acquired this print directly from Astrid through an acquaintance about 12-15 years ago. This in not a mass produced editioned work, but a unique print from the original negative.
