Mariana Yampolsky (1925 – 2002) is considered a national treasure in Mexico. Born in the United States, she became a Mexican citizen in 1958 and spent her life photographing the people of her country. This is an excellent example of her work. This is in excellent condition. The photograph is bold, crisp, clean and clear. It has been handled and has a just a few light wrinkles, but no creases.
