VINTAGE 1936 PHOTO OF JEAN HARLOW BY FAMED PHOTOGRAPHER, GEORGE HURRELL. This vintage, 8-1/2 x 10-3/4 photo has a matte finish and is double weight. Used in newspapers for publicity it is stamped on the back side with 1/17/36 date of use for her film, Riff Raff. There is no Hurrell stamp on the back side. In ACCEPTABLE/GOOD condition consistent with age and use: not 100% sure if this photo was trimmed down, but the left edge is uneven. There is edge wear present on all sides, folds and surface dings and bumps present from the glue of the newspaper clipping on back side. On back side there is faded red stamp, pencil writing, a red pen mark at upper right corner, red date stamp on the newspaper clipping that talks about The New Jean Harlow referring to her brownette hair. Despite these flaws, a wonderful image of the blonde bombshell, Jean Harlow. Intl/Canada will be more and calculated after sale. Thanks very much for looking and please see detailed photos.
