Classic Hungarian Horror star, Bela Lugosi and his fourth wife, Lillian Arch both signed this beautiful vintage sepia 8″X10″ photograph. It is rare and uncommon to find an item signed jointly by this Hollywood couple. The photograph is in fine condition with a rich, sepia tone. Signatures are bold and clear with Lugosi adding an inscription: “To Anna Krotos sincerely Bela Lugosi”. It is likely Anna was a fellow Hungarian the Lugosis knew in the Hollywood Hungarian community. This signed photo as provided by historian Charles Heard was published in Arthur Lennig’s Lugosi biography, “The Immortal Count”. For the discerning Bela Lugosi collector, this is a rare gem.
