THREE STOOGES, THE (1935). Vintage original 7 x 9 17 x 22 cm. Black-and-white single weight glossy silver gelatin print still photo, USA. Larry Fine, Moe Howard, Curly Howard. The Stooges are up to their insane antics, even for the still photographer. The original attached paper blurb on the verso refers to a “chain letter craze” which was going on at the time, which meant that dimes could be found in the envelopes. This Associated Press photo is dated 5/5/35 from Chicago. It is also ink stamped for Cleveland and for May 13, 1935. There are some handwritten notes. Photo shows signs of light wear.
